Please read this document carefully before using the 250rr platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Compliance

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 250rr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that 250rr may publish from time to time.

Use of this platform is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 250rr reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use 250rr's services. This platform is not permitted to be accessed by individuals below the minimum age required under applicable local laws.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

To make full use of 250rr's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 250rr support team immediately by emailing [email protected].

250rr shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure. All activity carried out from your account will be deemed as actions authorised by you, unless reported otherwise within a reasonable time.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 250rr platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful to other users or the platform itself.

Specifically prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without 250rr's written authorisation.
Engaging in any form of cheating during gameplay, including collusion or manipulation of results.
Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers through unauthorised methods or in violation of the relevant offer's terms.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or undermine the platform's security systems.
Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the 250rr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfers through approved financial institutions in Malaysia.

Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 250rr is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by your bank or third-party payment provider.

For withdrawals, you must use the same payment method that was used for your deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. 250rr reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times may range from one to five business days, depending on the method selected and internal verification procedures.

All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

250rr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 250rr platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 250rr or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.

Account Suspension and Closure

250rr reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or unlawful activity. In the event of a justified suspension, funds in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. Should an account be closed without valid cause on 250rr's part, any remaining balance will be returned to the user following the relevant verification process.

Third-Party Links

The 250rr platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Any use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

250rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 250rr platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
